Before reporting a problem

  1. Confirm you are using the latest PureView version.
  2. Reload the affected page and try selecting the element again.
  3. Use Reset filters for this site, then recreate the rule.
  4. Include your PureView version, Chrome version, operating system, expected behavior, and reproduction steps.
